All club volunteer leaders must meet with the committee prior to the beginning of the season to share goals and schedule. Upon approval from the 4-H committee, all leaders must be approved annually by the 4-H Extension Educator. Approval is pending upon successful completion of online training, back ground checks, and an interview with the Extension Educator. The 4-H Extension Educator will gain input from the Horse and Pony Committee to best match volunteer capacity.
